To make your shopping experience great with us, below are the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed on Monday – Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Shipping duration are as follow:

  • West Malaysia: 5-7 working days
  • East Malaysia: 7-10 working days

*Delivery to rural or remote areas may take an additional 2 – 3 working day.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

2. Shipping Charges

First 1kg:
West Malaysia – Free Shipping
East Malaysia – RM10 flat-rate shipping

*Subsequent 0.5kg: Additional RM5 shipping charges
(Both West & East Malaysia)

STRICTLY NO REFUNDS for any shipping & handling charges.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

 

Once your order has been shipped,  you’ll receive a shipment confirmation email, containing the parcel(s) tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

We are only able to deliver to one delivery address per-order. If required to deliver to multiple addresses, please place your order(s) separately for each address respectively.

Returns & Exchange Policy

  • Normal priced items are exchangeable within 14 days from your invoice date.
  • Notify us via email at [email protected] , along with your receipt/proof of purchase and images showing the defective area. We will investigate the case and contact you accordingly. Upon receiving confirmation from us , only then the item(s) may be returned. This guarantee does not cover damage resulting from unique, accidental or random damage that is the result of use by buyer, or from wear and tear.
  • ValentinoRudy.com.my will only accept exchange item(s)/merchandise(s) in original condition, unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise with all original tags attached to the merchandise,any related accessories, and must be returned in their original box. Exchange is strictly subject to stocks availability. In other words, incomplete, damaged, worn, soiled, altered returns, merchandise that are damaged as a result of wear and tear or anything we reasonably believe has been used or worn, will not be accepted.
  • Exchange Policy is granted for 1 time only for each item.
  • If the item that you wish to exchange is out of stock, you can choose to exchange to any other merchandise, subject to availability. If the item you wish to exchange exceeds the value of the item returned, you shall pay for the excess; in other cases, NO cash refund will be applied, if the price of the item you wish to exchange is lower than the price of the returned item.

NON-EXCHANGEABLE & NON-REFUNDABLE items

  • Mark Down, and Stock Clearance items , which you will see the term (Not valid for exchange) in the Invoice.
